found unbound in silence
as you are —
bask in this,
you unchanging inside all changefulness
no need to believe
when you know this resting

awareness
never came
can’t go
just is, so
marinate your mind in it
even as being pushed by all noise
is none-sense world making
suffering
past & future
terrors
steal your present
stillness
vast & empty are you
listening, then,
keep paying attention here
where test-you moments do you
over & over & over & over again
in your mind is a good servant
but a bad mistress and worse as your master
witness beyond its coaxing you to sleep — don’t
