As the WORLD
churns
so must our stomachs
for
WE are LOST
in
(deep) space
this no place
to
hide — PROGRESS
is failing
as
the world churns
the chaff w/o
enough
wheat
for all of us
to eat
and yet
there’s meat
to greet, at the feet
of, pot-bellied profiteers
(Oh, what a feast!)
as the world
churns
to yet another
gobbling
somebody’s
beat.
